You also must have invited her up to your Cabin at the very end of that game, and you must also not pursue any other Romance in Mass Effect 3.Īt the second Dialogue Wheel of the conversation YOU MUST PICK "CHANGE YOUR IDENTITY". While she does have the lap and bed snuggle moments, she has an exclusive erotic dance that she does which Shepard can observe.Ī Romance with Kelly in Mass Effect 3 can only happen if you previously had a Flirty relationship with her in Mass Effect 2. Do so, and she'll be in a skimpy outfit from Chora's Den. Now you can leave the Normandy and return to it (or save and reload) doing this will give you a message on your Private Terminal from Kelly, allowing you to invite her up to the Captain's Cabin. Once the Suicide Mission is over, you'll want to talk to Kelly again and IMMEDIATELY pick "Are you okay?" you'll lose this if you talk to her later, and you need to pick it to unlock the Cabin Scene. If you are, then this scene cannot be unlocked. Importantly, you must not be in an ongoing relationship with anybody else, even in the early stages of one before Locking them In. Talk to Kelly again after the dinner, and you can accept her offer to look after your fish for you, meaning you no longer have to manually feed them after every Mission / Assignment. Pick "Let's have dinner" to initiate the dinner scene (which you don't get to see). An informal relationship means you can only have her take care of your fish, while a flirty one will mean that and the Captain's Cabin scene at the end of the game.
You can have three types of relationships with Kelly: Flirty, Friendly and Professional, as determined by your choice in your second conversation that becomes available after completing a Mission. "Informal is fine" works too, but this means you won't be able to invite her up to the Captain's Cabin at the end of the game. Answer with "I'd embrace you" to initiate the Romance. In your very first interaction, under Investigate you can pick "Are you happy here?" and then "We won't", where Kelly will talk about closing her eyes and letting Shepard catch them.
An important thing to note is that while a Romance with Kelly will not get the Paramour Achievement in Mass Effect 2, you can opt to continue the Romance in Mass Effect 3, which will earn the Paramour Achievement in that game.
